CORPORATE TRAININGS

Professional Crisis Management

PCM is a trauma informed, prevention focused system aimed at safely and humanely supporting students and clients in schools and treatment centers during a crisis. Training participants will learn prevention, de-escalation, crisis intervention, & reintegration strategies. Participants who successfully complete the training will become certified to use PCM procedures for one year.

Youth Mental Health First Aid

Youth Mental Health First Aid is designed to teach individuals how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) who is experiencing a mental health or addiction challenge, or is in a crisis. This training introduces common mental health challenges for youth, reviews typical adolescent development, and teaches a 5-step action plan for how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations. Participants who successfully complete the training will become certified for three years.
