About Me

     I am a native northerner, born in Connecticut, who moved to Orlando when I was ten years old. Growing up in a hispanic household contributes to my views on family, helping others, and the importance of taking care of yourself. I am a working mom of four amazing (and wild) kids, so I understand that finding balance and staying grounded takes work and sometimes help from others.

     I am a loyal knight obtaining my bachelors and masters degree from the University of Central Florida. I completed the Marriage and Family Therapy program in 2012 and have provided counseling in a variety of settings to include addiction facilities, behavioral hospitals, schools, the VA medical hospital, and in private practice. My diverse work background has equipped me with the appropriate tools and strategies to offer my clients.
